Attended a Joint meeting of Rava Sahitya Sabha, Mising Sahitya Sabha, Tiwa Sahitya Sabha and Deori Sahitya Sabha at the Tribal Rest House, Guwahati on 7th June 2026 to discuss regarding the issues related to our Medium Schools which were being implemented by the Govt. of Assam from the academic year of 2025. Many resolutions were adopted in the meeting. The meeting was attended along with me by Chong Bagaram Deori, President DCC, the president and Secretary of Mising Sahitya Sabha, Vice-President and Secretary of Tiwa Sahitya Sabha and the Chief Secretary and Office Secretary of Rava Sahitya Sabha and the President of Indigenous Tribal Sahitya Sabha of Assam (ITSSA) Mr. Gobindo Taid.
